VisionBoard delivers package-specific alerts directly to the WhatsApp number registered on your account. Other subscribers are not given access to your number, profile, or a VisionBoard subscriber list.
Information collected
VisionBoard collects only the information needed to manage paid access: name, email address, WhatsApp number, chosen tier, payment status, and support messages.
Use of information
Subscriber details are used to verify payment, deliver the alerts included with the selected package, provide support, stop delivery when access expires, and communicate operational updates.
POPIA and WhatsApp processing
If you are in South Africa, your WhatsApp number and account details are personal information under POPIA. VisionBoard processes this information to provide your paid service, manage access, prevent unauthorised use, and send account communications. WhatsApp may process message and account data under its own terms and privacy policy.
